岳海波，山東濟(jì)南人，生于1955年。山東藝術(shù)學(xué)院美術(shù)學(xué)院教授、研究生導(dǎo)師，中國(guó)美術(shù)家協(xié)會(huì)會(huì)員，中國(guó)美術(shù)家協(xié)會(huì)綜合材料繪畫委員會(huì)委員，山東美協(xié)綜合材料繪畫藝委會(huì)主任，中國(guó)美協(xié)十二屆全國(guó)美展評(píng)委，中國(guó)美協(xié)紀(jì)念辛亥革命百年全國(guó)美展評(píng)委，中國(guó)美協(xié)綜合材料繪畫特展評(píng)委，中國(guó)美協(xié)首屆綜合材料繪畫雙年展評(píng)委，中國(guó)美協(xié)首屆綜合材料繪畫雙年展評(píng)委。
