What is era now？As artist - a awakening of the time , How you recognized this era, and what kind of the expression by using this sinearly language art? everyone has their own highlights, it is the time to create your own highlight.本次嘉年華，Culture Sower和芝加哥藝術(shù)論壇為了打破中西方藝術(shù)交流的屏障，內(nèi)卷的行業(yè)圈層，特別推出時(shí)代之音—全球藝術(shù)線上嘉年華，來(lái)共同攜手推動(dòng)全球藝術(shù)文化的繁榮與昌盛。特別向全球藝術(shù)家開放20個(gè)藝術(shù)家名額，10位國(guó)外藝術(shù)家+10位中國(guó)藝術(shù)家來(lái)一同分享藝術(shù)，共話時(shí)代。In order to break the barrier of art exchange between Eastern and Western, Culture Sower and Chicago Art Forum launched the Voice of the Times - Global Art Online Carnival to jointly promote the prosperity and prosperity of global art and culture. Solicitors 凡18歲以上全球藝術(shù)家均可報(bào)名參加，不限題材、形式、內(nèi)容，均可在Culture Sower全球藝術(shù)平臺(tái)和多家媒體平臺(tái)展示作品。All global artists over the age of 18 can register to participate, regardless of theme, form and content, and can display their works on the Culture Sower global art platform and multiple media platforms.2、征集內(nèi)容 b. Contents of solicitation 1）藝術(shù)家近期高清半身照片一張（重要提示：圖片大小不能低于2M）。 a) A recent high-definition half length photo of the artist (important note: the size of the picture cannot be less than 2M). 2）作者高清作品照片3-5張（重要提示：圖片格式為jpg格式，大小不能低于2MB），作品圖片的文件名命名格式為：作者姓名+作品標(biāo)題+尺寸+材料+創(chuàng)作時(shí)間+作品價(jià)格。例：陳XX 《夏天》60x80cm布面油畫 2020年。 b) 3-5 high-definition work photos of the author (important note: the image format is jpg format, and the size cannot be less than 2MB). The file name format of the work image is: author name+work title+size+material+creation time+work price. Example: Chen XX's "Summer" 60x80cm canvas oil painting in 2020. 3）本次全球藝術(shù)嘉年華會(huì)特別推|藝術(shù)家高光時(shí)刻|展示環(huán)節(jié)，本環(huán)節(jié)僅限國(guó)內(nèi)藝術(shù)家10位，國(guó)外藝術(shù)家10位，共計(jì)20個(gè)名額。每位藝術(shù)家將有3-5分鐘來(lái)分享個(gè)人藝術(shù)觀念、藝術(shù)實(shí)踐，請(qǐng)?zhí)峁┠腜PT（含主題+項(xiàng)目意義+項(xiàng)目構(gòu)想/案例分享）,也可以提供（3-5分鐘）視頻，主題及內(nèi)容須要經(jīng)Culture Sower和芝加哥藝術(shù)論壇進(jìn)行審核，審核通過(guò)方可參與。 b) In this global art carnival will feature | Artist Highlights |show time. It just provided limited seats for 10 Chinese artists and 10 foreign artists, a total of 20 artists. Each artist will have 3-5 minutes to share their own artistic ideas and practices. Please provide your PPT (including theme+project significance+project idea/cases sharing), or provide video (3-5 minutes).
