1.原通知從2014.11.17到港的柜子開始收取PCS港口擁堵費。費用:USD 800/20GP、USD 1000/40GP、USD 1125/40HQ、USD 1266/45HC 2.由于在起運前未告知此費用,臨時加收,F(xiàn)MC(美國聯(lián)邦海事委員會)叫停了此收費。 3.而后,船東通知從2014.11.26起起運港入港的貨柜,到美西港口后開始增收。 4.為避免碼頭完全癱瘓,會導(dǎo)致今年的感恩節(jié)和圣誕節(jié)的銷售損失將會史無前例的慘重,全美零售聯(lián)盟(National Retail Federation)已經(jīng)心急如焚。由105個零售業(yè)業(yè)者協(xié)會聯(lián)署上書美國總統(tǒng)奧巴馬,要求聯(lián)邦政府趕快指派仲裁員介入,以免情勢進(jìn)一步惡化?,F(xiàn),靜觀其變,希望美西碼頭盡快恢復(fù)以往的效率。 Dear Valued Customer, We are continuing to face challenges in our service delivery due to ongoing congestion in the U.S. West Coast, negatively impacting the terminals within our network. Though we are working closely with our terminal partners and making all possible efforts to protect your supply chain despite the undesirable circumstances, the situation has gone beyond our control. In the midst of the continuous slowdown in operation caused by the labor unrest in the U.S. West Coast, our vessel/terminal operation is being heavily affected by severe congestion, which is creating operational delays and mounting costs ranging from vessel, terminal, and fuel to administrative expenses.
