當(dāng)代的中式英語多用于中國人之間調(diào)侃之用，或和懂中文的外國人開玩笑時(shí)候使用。另外，還有一個(gè)有趣的現(xiàn)象，絕大數(shù)中式英語的原文都是漢語中的俚語或口頭語，很難用英語三言兩語解釋的清楚。

　　　　老外：“Can anybody else speak english？”
　　　　前臺小姐：“You yourself look. All people are playing, no people have time, you can wait, you wait, you not wait, you go！”
　　　　老外：“Good heavens. Anybody here can speak English？”
　　　　前臺小姐：“Shout what shout, quiet a little, you on earth have what thing？”
　　　　老外：“I want to speak to your head.”
　　　　前臺小姐：“Head not zai. You tomorrow come！”

以前看過一個(gè)笑話，說是小泉第一次見克林頓，想和他套近乎，就和翻譯學(xué)了幾話，內(nèi)容如下：
　　how are you?
　　I'm fine,thank you, and you?
　　me too.
　　小泉練了幾遍。
　　正式見面的時(shí)候，雙方主動握手，小泉因?yàn)榭谝舻脑?，說成了who are you?
　　克林頓當(dāng)時(shí)一愣，心想我堂堂一美國總統(tǒng)你會不認(rèn)識，小泉到挺幽默，就答到I'm Hillary's husband
　　小泉回到me too
　　克林頓昏倒

　　還有一個(gè)我去理發(fā)的時(shí)候，旁邊一個(gè)老外也來理發(fā)，

　　小弟聽不懂，我在一邊笑死···
　　
　　然后那個(gè)老外一邊笑一邊撓撓頭，用很標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的中文說，哎呀，我想剪頭呀···這個(gè)要怎么說呢？···

一個(gè)有趣的就是你問10個(gè)中國人：“how are you"
　　　　　　其中會有9個(gè)回答"fine, thank you, and you ?"

看到這想到一個(gè)笑話：一個(gè)英語不太靈光的中國人小明剛到美國，一天開車出車禍，掉到懸崖。受傷不能動彈，但神志還清醒。一會，美國警察來了，向小明喊話：“how are you？”小明回答：“I am fine, thank you, and you ?”警察就走了

 

 

 

我覺得最經(jīng)典的中式英語還是那兩句：
　　1. If you no three no four I will give you some color to see see.(如果你不三不四我將給你點(diǎn)顏色瞧瞧。）
　　2. Say this say that, we two brother who and who？（說這說那，我們兩兄弟誰跟誰？）

 

有一個(gè)英國人來到一個(gè)鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)，鄉(xiāng)長出來接見。鄉(xiāng)長半句英文不懂，就請讀過一點(diǎn)外文的侄子來作翻譯。對話如下：
　　
　　鄉(xiāng)長: 歡迎你！這是賤內(nèi)。
　　
　　侄子： Welcome you！ This is my personal humble wife.
　　
　　英人： Oh， your wife is beautiful.
　　
　　侄子： 尊夫人很漂亮??！
