每天中午,陪兒子去公交車站,在灑滿陽(yáng)光的路上小跑,他在前面絕塵而去,我氣喘吁吁緊追不舍,像極了人生的寫(xiě)照。 為喝茶方便,買美的煮茶器,上面容器放茶葉,下面盛水,中間一根管子連通,煮至沸騰時(shí)水涌上去,茶葉里的物質(zhì)被稀釋,點(diǎn)點(diǎn)滴滴掉落,就像墨汁掉入清水中,點(diǎn)點(diǎn)暈染開(kāi)來(lái),顏色越來(lái)越濃重,似有似無(wú)的香氣彌漫開(kāi),更準(zhǔn)確說(shuō),應(yīng)該是似無(wú)。只覺(jué)得沒(méi)有香氣,就沒(méi)有氛圍。 《冥想正念指南》是奈飛2021年推出的8集紀(jì)錄片,前段時(shí)間看過(guò),現(xiàn)在回想,幾乎想不起任何內(nèi)容。 其實(shí),這些內(nèi)容值得經(jīng)常回味,并且親自嘗試冥想,學(xué)-以-致-用,讓知識(shí)穿過(guò)身體。 今天偶然打開(kāi),聽(tīng)到一句話,每天寫(xiě)3條感恩記錄,能夠有效改善幸福感,這個(gè)倒是值得嘗試。 根據(jù)吸引力法則或自證預(yù)言之類的理論,倒是也很好理解。 如果你內(nèi)心所想,多是感恩之事,自然心態(tài)平和,遠(yuǎn)離怨念,感受幸福。 你越關(guān)注什么,就越能發(fā)現(xiàn)什么。 從公交站回來(lái)路上,一輛共享單車倒在路邊,我猶豫了3秒鐘,過(guò)去扶起來(lái),心里竟然有點(diǎn)尷尬,不明白為啥會(huì)有那種情緒。 一般來(lái)說(shuō),大部分人可能視若無(wú)睹,見(jiàn)怪不怪,所以這種行為變成了少數(shù),好像眾目睽睽之下,做了一件丟人的事情。 感恩的小事
