客戶夢想有一個明亮、寧靜、感性的家，設計團隊的目標是通過在城市中心創(chuàng)造一片綠洲，讓所有空間都能呼吸到和諧與平衡，從而提高他們的期望。為了實現(xiàn)這一點，白天和夜晚的區(qū)域被很好地劃分，但它們之間保持著視覺交流。The Clients dreamed of a bright, peaceful and sensitive home, and our goal was to improve their expectations by creating an oasis in the middle of the city where harmony and balance could be breathed in all spaces. To achieve this, the day and night areas were very well sectored, but maintaining a visual communication between them.
設計了一個優(yōu)雅舒適的項目，使用了木材、石頭和色素表面等天然材料。配色由大地色組成：棕色、米色和赤土色，其中一些綠色和藍色作為點綴，實現(xiàn)了一種歡迎和擁抱進入這個家的每一個人的設計，充滿了柔軟的形狀和詩意的曲線。
An elegant and cozy project was designed with the use of natural materials such as wood, stone and pigmented surfaces. The chromatic palette is composed of earth colors: browns, beiges and terracottas with some subtle points in green and petrol blue, achieving a design that has the virtue of welcoming and embracing those who cross the threshold of the door, full of soft shapes and poetic curves.
在一樓，除了兒童和客人的房間外，還有一個全天開放的區(qū)域，那里有一個非常特別的角落：圖書館，一個朝向客廳的半開放空間，但同時由于壁爐也與其他客廳分隔開來，所以非常隱蔽；這是一個愜意的角落，可以遠離城市的喧囂，獲得客戶所尋找的城市綠洲的感覺。 On the first floor, in addition to the children’s and guests’ rooms, the entire day area is located, where there is a very special corner: the library, a semi-open space towards the living room, but at the same time very secluded thanks to the fireplace that also serves as a divider with the rest of the living rooms; the perfect place to disconnect from the chaos of the city and get that feeling of urban oasis that the clients were looking for.

Also, there is access to the terrace with a wraparound living area, dining room, outdoor kitchen and an attractive pool that allows you to enjoy Barcelona from above.

Thanks to the use of integrated control within the initial design concept, the range of possibilities is guaranteed, being able to create different lighting and environmental scenes depending on the use given to each area of the house.2 CHAMBERí PENTHOUSE 用五種感官生活的房子 安靜 純粹 舒適
馬德里是一座永不停歇的城市，在這里熙熙攘攘，喧囂之中，你會發(fā)現(xiàn)這處200平方米的閣樓是一對夫妻居住和停留的地方。 In the middle of the hustle and bustle of Madrid, the city that never sleeps, in the neighborhood of Chamberí, you will find this 200 m2 penthouse to live and share as a couple.
客戶訴求非常明確：希望擁有一個有親和力的家，在漫長的一天后，他可以在工作分離，就像這里是一個避難所一樣：寧靜、純粹。繁忙的首都馬德里市中心的一片綠洲。為此，設計師使用了柔和的顏色和材質，以及中性和穩(wěn)定的色調，這樣就不會引起太多的注意，讓整個房子保持一致。The main message was very clear: he wanted a peaceful space where he could disconnect after a long day almost as if it were a sanctuary: quiet, serene and pure. An oasis in the center of the busy capital of Madrid. For this we used both shapes and subtle colors and materials, with a neutral and stable chromatic palette, so that nothing would draw too much attention and have concordance and uniformity throughout the house.

One of the main objectives was to make it look much bigger, brighter and more spacious. For this we have played a lot with the new distribution, merging rooms between them to avoid divisions and get the maximum possible natural lighting. We have also played with curved shapes, always treated to bring sweetness to the spaces. On the other hand, verticality is emphasized with the use of furniture with vertical lines and lights, which has allowed us to achieve the height that the apartment lacked.

We have achieved this by merging the dressing room of the bedroom suite with what was the old hallway. To do this and to give more theatricality to the space has made a dressing room with a vaulted ceiling which in turn connects with the different parts that are integrated into the same dressing room: a small desk, a full bathroom and a vanity area. All this treated so that natural light is received in all environments.

On the terrace there is a relaxation and chill out area and another more social area, to eat and meet with friends.

With this same home automation system we also control the air conditioning, blinds and audiovisuals, thus achieving the most efficient and practical use that can be made of this oasis of peace.
