門德爾松一共創(chuàng)作了兩首大提琴奏鳴曲,完成于1843年的《D大調(diào)第二大提琴奏鳴曲》作品58屬于其晚期作品,知名度相對更高一些。這首作品采用古典曲式,通篇洋溢著陽光般的熱情和清新之氣,旋律優(yōu)美如歌,體現(xiàn)了愉快輕松的心情。 全曲共分四個樂章: 第一樂章:“非?;顫姷目彀濉保帏Q曲式。 呈示部流暢豪邁的第一主題由大提琴奏出,氣勢強壯,鋼琴隨即復(fù)奏。稍平定之后第二主題如同多彩的舞曲,時而旋轉(zhuǎn)時而踏步。在第一主題回歸之后,大提琴以低音碎弓漸漸遠去結(jié)束了呈示部。 展開部兩個主題的動機均轉(zhuǎn)入小調(diào),依次不斷地變化,在呈現(xiàn)出些許的傷感之情后色彩逐步暗弱下去。第一主題動機兩次呼喚之后,陰云散去,陽光再次燦爛,進入再現(xiàn)部。 再現(xiàn)部簡要重現(xiàn)呈示部內(nèi)容。尾聲第一主題重新積攢起力量,一往無前高歌行進而結(jié)束。 第二樂章:“詼諧的小快板”,三段曲式。 第一段鋼琴彈出節(jié)奏性的小調(diào)主題,大提琴以撥奏對應(yīng),仿佛有人在跳著滑稽而刻板的舞蹈。隨后這個主題在發(fā)展中的大提琴曲調(diào)悠長雅致。 第二段轉(zhuǎn)為大調(diào),大提琴旋律渾厚溫暖,贊美之情溢于言表。 第三段為再現(xiàn)段落。首先變奏重現(xiàn)第一段主題,兩件樂器相互呼應(yīng),力度增強,情感激烈。隨后重現(xiàn)第二段旋律,舒展之后逐步走向平靜。 尾聲兩個主題的動機再次呈現(xiàn),以極輕微的音調(diào)結(jié)束。 第三樂章:“柔板”,三段曲式。 第一段開頭鋼琴有大篇幅的豎琴般音色,如行云流水,清純明澈。大提琴隨后奏出一首極富感情的小夜曲,歌聲纏綿婉轉(zhuǎn),悠揚悅耳。 第二段以小調(diào)性引入,情緒逐漸激動,大提琴熱情奔放地傾訴著情感。 第三段鋼琴與大提琴對位重現(xiàn)第一段旋律。 結(jié)尾鋼琴輕輕奏出第二段動機,與大提琴撥奏相映成趣,直抵優(yōu)美恬靜之境。 第四樂章:“活潑的極快板”,奏鳴曲式。 呈示部一段迅疾歡騰的前奏后,鋼琴奏出活潑振奮的第一主題,大提琴重復(fù)后與鋼琴作二重奏發(fā)展。速度稍緩的第二主題兼有跳躍性和抒情性,第一主題動機不時夾雜其間,隨后此主題變換至熱烈昂揚的全奏結(jié)束呈示部。 經(jīng)過一段來源于前奏的急速過渡,音樂進入再現(xiàn)部,重現(xiàn)呈示部內(nèi)容時加入色彩明亮的變奏,形象更為豐滿。 尾聲中第一主題再次延展,持續(xù)歡樂的氣勢,在一個期待性的緩沖后高昂結(jié)束。
