讓你有超能力的十條戒律

1、誠(chéng)實(shí)

當(dāng)你說(shuō)謊時(shí),你就一分為二了。你的一部分是謊言,另一部分則是真相。

對(duì)我來(lái)說(shuō),過(guò)一生已經(jīng)是夠難的了,更不用說(shuō)過(guò)兩生。

誠(chéng)實(shí)是成為你故事中主角的關(guān)鍵。

2、健康

吃。走動(dòng)。睡覺(jué)。

如果你病倒在床上了,那你就無(wú)法拯救世界。你甚至都無(wú)法拯救你自己。

3、愛(ài)

我只會(huì)把時(shí)間用在我愛(ài)的人、愛(ài)我的人以及想我好的人身上。

在宇宙的時(shí)間長(zhǎng)河里,我們?nèi)际且豢|青煙。但是,如果你想創(chuàng)出一片火花,那就得與那些為你點(diǎn)燃火焰的人在一起。

將你在街上看到的每一個(gè)人都想象為你女兒。感受對(duì)這個(gè)人的無(wú)條件的愛(ài)。

從今天開(kāi)始,保持與一個(gè)你愛(ài)的人的聯(lián)系(留個(gè)便條或發(fā)個(gè)短信)。

沒(méi)有人是自造的。我們?nèi)际菒?ài)造的。

4、創(chuàng)造

每天做些有創(chuàng)意的事情。甚至是一些小事情。

我最愛(ài)我的孩子,其他任何事任何人都排在其后。

但我的孩子也是我創(chuàng)造和培養(yǎng)的想法,他們之中有一些成長(zhǎng)起來(lái)并繁榮壯大。

他們之中有一些結(jié)合起來(lái),創(chuàng)造出更大的想法和更大的影響??吹竭@些有創(chuàng)造性的孩子以及他們的后代成長(zhǎng)和生活,我感到非常開(kāi)心。

5、投降

我控制不了你。我控制不了天氣。我控制不了我人生中的大部分事情。

氣憤往往是包著外衣的恐懼。不要改變他人。找出你內(nèi)心正在發(fā)生的事情。

我們都是一袋能量。如果你試圖控制事情,你就要浪費(fèi)能量。讓時(shí)間、思想、情感只花在你所選擇的事情上面。

以愛(ài)和感恩的態(tài)度向其余事情投降。

然后,就會(huì)有時(shí)間和能量去改變自己了。

這就會(huì)變成扔進(jìn)大海中央的鵝卵石,其產(chǎn)生的漣漪會(huì)向遙遠(yuǎn)的各處海岸擴(kuò)散出去。

6、失敗是一種選擇

當(dāng)我努力做一件事但卻失敗了的時(shí)候,我就擁有了一個(gè)選擇。

絕望、哭泣和放棄。

“失敗”一詞改為“實(shí)驗(yàn)”。要從各個(gè)角度來(lái)研究這個(gè)實(shí)驗(yàn)。從中學(xué)習(xí)。

學(xué)習(xí)=提高。

每天提高1%則意味一年后你提高了38倍。

每天多1%的絕望則意味一年后你只是曾經(jīng)的你的1/30了。

這是你的選擇。

7、有時(shí)候什么也不要做

不知道該做什么時(shí),那就什么也不要做。我們生活在這個(gè)喧囂的社會(huì)中,這讓我們覺(jué)得我們就是得做做做。

坐下來(lái)觀察。閱讀和學(xué)習(xí)。問(wèn)候人。感謝人。保持聯(lián)系。做飯,這樣你的伴侶就不用做了。

做好人,而不去做壞事。

8、別將自尊外包

有時(shí)候我墜入愛(ài)河。此時(shí),對(duì)方就成為了我的鏡子。

她今天對(duì)我有什么看法?我希望是好的看法!

一個(gè)人要處理好其自己的自尊已經(jīng)是夠難的了,更不用說(shuō)處理我的。

這適用于所有事情。不要讓你的人生價(jià)值成為你的凈資產(chǎn)。不要讓你的人生價(jià)值成為社交媒體關(guān)注者的數(shù)量。不要讓你的人生價(jià)值成為老板、朋友或隨便哪個(gè)看門(mén)人的認(rèn)可。你才能認(rèn)可你。

9、過(guò)度承諾和過(guò)度給予

有些人承諾不足卻過(guò)度給予。當(dāng)你承諾不足時(shí)(希望用過(guò)度給予給人以驚喜),你就是在說(shuō)謊(見(jiàn)第1條)。

當(dāng)你過(guò)度承諾時(shí),你就是在挑戰(zhàn)自己。你在嚇唬你自己。(這我能做到嗎?”) 你脫離了自己的舒適區(qū)。

挑戰(zhàn)自己是你怎樣成長(zhǎng)。

而過(guò)度給予則是你身邊的人怎樣成長(zhǎng)。

如果你失敗了,那你就要從中吸取教訓(xùn)。

10、放松心情看屋頂

我有太多次感到緊張和焦慮的時(shí)候。在這種時(shí)候我會(huì)這樣做:放松下巴,放松肩膀,放松眼睛和額頭。我會(huì)努力減緩胸部的緊張感。

我會(huì)不再看地面,迷失在噩夢(mèng)中。我會(huì)抬頭仰望天空。

我會(huì)看屋頂。

在人類歷史中,屋頂總是新的。建筑師們往往在建筑物的頂部獲得他們的最大樂(lè)趣,所以會(huì)把他們的各種妖獸和花園以及他們的個(gè)人靈感加進(jìn)去。

看屋頂。放松心情??傆幸惶礻?yáng)光會(huì)將你所看到的一切全都抹去。

從現(xiàn)在開(kāi)始愛(ài)你自己吧,享受宇宙此刻給予你的所有禮物。這是感恩。

每當(dāng)我遵循這十條戒律時(shí),就算是很短一段時(shí)間,我都會(huì)覺(jué)得我有了新能力。是超能力。

我會(huì)覺(jué)得我成為了我那獨(dú)特故事中的主角,而不是社會(huì)肥皂劇中的配角。

至少,這是我嘗試去做的事情。

有時(shí)候我沒(méi)有遵循我的這些戒律。但我會(huì)努力去遵循。請(qǐng)請(qǐng)請(qǐng)讓我遵循它們吧。

1) HONESTY.

When you lie, you split in two. One part of you is the lie, the other part is the truth.

Its hard enough for me to live one life, let alone two.

Honesty is the key to being the hero of your story.

2) HEALTH.

Eat. Move. Sleep.

If you are sick in bed, you cant save the world. You cant even save yourself.

3) LOVE

I only spend time with people I love and who love me and want the best for me.

Were all a wisp of smoke in the lifetime of the universe. But if you want to create a spark, be with the people who light you on fire.

Exercise: Imagine everyone you see on the street is your daughter. Feel the unconditional love toward that person.

Exercise: Keep in touch today (just drop a note or text) with one person you love.

Nobody is self-made. We are all love-made.

4) CREATIVITY

Every day do something creative. Even something small.

I love nothing and nobody more than my children.

But my children are also the ideas I create and nourish and some of them grow up and thrive.

And some of them combine and create greater ideas and greater impact. And it gives me so much pleasure to see these creative beasts, and their descendants, grow up and live.

5) SURRENDER

I cant control you. I cant control the weather. I cant control most events in my life.

Anger is often fear-clothed. Dont change others. Find out what is happening inside yourself.

We are a bag of energy. If you try to control things, you waste energy. Only spend time, thoughts, emotions, on the things you have a choice over.

Surrender to the rest with love and gratitude.

Then I have the time and energy to change myself.

That becomes the pebble dropped in the middle of the ocean, whose waves ripple out to every distant shore.

6) FAILURE IS A CHOICE

When I work hard at something and fail, I have a choice.

Be in despair, cry, and give up.

Change the word failureto experiment. Study the experiment from every angle. Learn from it.

Learning equals improvement.

1% improvement a day means you improve 38 times in a year.

1% more despair a day means in a year you become 1/30 of the person you once were.

Thats your choice.

7) SOMETIMES DO NOTHING

When you dont know what to do, do nothing. We live in this hustle society where we feel we have to do do do.

Sit and observe. Read and learn. Say hi to people. Thank people. Stay in touch. Do the dishes so your partner doesnt have to.

Be good rather than Do bad.

8) DONT OUTSOURCE YOUR SELF-ESTEEM

Sometimes I fall in love. And the other person becomes my mirror.

What does she think of me today? I hope its good!

Its hard enough for someone to handle their own self-esteem, let alone mine.

This applies to everything. Dont let your life worth be your net worth. Dont let your life worth be your number of social media followers. Dont let your life worth be the validation of a boss, or a friend, or any gatekeeper. You validate you.

9) OVER PROMISE AND OVER DELIVER

Some people under promise and over deliver. When you under promise (in the hopes of surprising with overdelivery) you are lying (see #1).

When you over promise, you challenge yourself. You scare yourself. (Can I do this?.) You get out of your comfort zone.

Challenging yourself is how you grow.

And over delivering is how the people around you grow.

And if you fail, learn from it.

10) RELAX AND LOOK AT THE ROOFTOPS

So many times Im nervous and anxious. So I do this: I relax my jaw. I relax my shoulders. I relax my eyes and forehead. I try to slow the tension I feel in my chest.

I stop looking at the ground, lost in the nightmare. I look toward the sky.

I look at the rooftops.

In the history of the human race, rooftops are new. Architects often have their greatest fun when they get to the top of the building and put in their gargoyles and gardens and their personal inspirations.

Look at the rooftops. And relax. One day the sun will obliterate all you are looking at.

Love yourself right now and enjoy all the gifts this universe has given you this moment. This is gratitude.

When I follow these 10 Commandments even for a short while, I feel like I have new powers. Superpowers.

I feel like I have become the hero of my unique story instead of the side character of societys soap operas.

At least, this is what I try to do.

Sometimes I dont follow my commandments. But I try to. Please please please let me follow them.

I want to fly.
