Crows and Ravens

The raven was jealous of the raven, who was respected and worshipped as a divine bird who could predict the future. The crow was eager to gain the same fame. One day, a crow saw that some passers-by were coming, so it flew to a branch by the roadside and began to crow as loudly as it could. Pedestrians were a little dismayed to hear the crow, for they feared it might be a bad omen. Until one of them found the crow and said to his companions, 'It's all right, my friends, let's not be afraid any more. It's only a crow. It's nothing serious.'

If you have no ability and pretend to be an expert, you will only be laughed at in the end.

烏鴉和渡鴉

烏鴉非常嫉妒渡鴉，因為渡鴉作為一只能預(yù)測未來的神鳥，受到了人們的尊敬和崇拜。烏鴉非?？释约阂材艿玫酵瑯拥暮妹暋Ｒ惶?，烏鴉見幾個行人正要走過來，就飛到路旁的一根樹枝上，竭力地大聲鳴叫。行人聽到烏鴉的叫聲感到有點兒沮喪，因為他們擔(dān)心這可能是不祥的預(yù)兆。直到其中一人發(fā)現(xiàn)了烏鴉，對他的同伴們說：“沒關(guān)系，朋友們，我們別再害怕了，那不過是一只烏鴉，沒什么大不了的?！?/p>

沒有本領(lǐng)，還要冒充內(nèi)行，到頭來只能招人恥笑。
