東北老工業(yè)帶就是rust-belt oxford 詞典上是這樣解釋的:rust-belt is a region that used to have a lot of industry, but that has now decreased in importance and wealth, especially parts of the northern US where there were many factories that have now closed. Merriam-Webster上是這樣解釋的:rust belt is the northeastern and midwestern states of the U.S. in which heavy industry has declined. Rents in the northeast, which are more directly determined by actual supply and demand for lodging, tell a different story. In Harbin and Dalian, monthly rents per square meter have barely budged in the past decade—in contrast to the approximate doubling in tier one markets like Shanghai, Beijing and Shenzhen.
