英語自我介紹就是傳遞以下兩方面的信息，不要再多了，過猶不及。 1）快速展示自己的英語水平。 2）快速展示出你和該職位的匹配度。 你最終的目的都是讓面試官覺得你就是the chosen one! 你說的每句話，要顯得你與眾不同，才會(huì)給人覺得眼前一亮的感覺。 一、你的英語實(shí)力 不要用一些爛大街的詞匯，用一些地道而新穎的詞，體現(xiàn)出你的英語功底，讓面試官覺得，哇，這個(gè)的英語不得了。 參考我這篇文章 英語表達(dá)如何假裝很地道？ 二、雙向溝通能力 如果全程都是你問我答，這種面試就像和機(jī)器人對(duì)話一樣冷冰冰，對(duì)方對(duì)你就沒有任何情感上的認(rèn)同，這是很吃虧的。 一定要和面試官建立互動(dòng)，一開始就要問到面試官的英文名(May I have your name, please?），然后時(shí)不時(shí)提一下他的名字，比如 Yes, Nancy, that's right。還要主動(dòng)大量去問問題，也是顯示出你對(duì)這份工作的興趣。 三、說話的邏輯性和條理清晰 也就是說話能夠一、二、三分條列出，讓人覺得你思路清晰，總結(jié)能力強(qiáng)。 還有就是廢話少說，自我介紹就是介紹自己和這份工作的符合性，說的任何東西都要以這個(gè)為目標(biāo)，至于興趣愛好、家鄉(xiāng)來自哪里這些沒用的信息都不要說了。 按照我下面說的，先列出這份工作要求什么，然后你目前做什么，進(jìn)行一個(gè)對(duì)比，得出你符合這份工作的結(jié)論，這才是邏輯性。 前戲： 你可以問May I have your name please, if you don't mind my asking(要微笑看一下面試官，不然很唐突）？問到名字后，下面開始。 校園招聘版 1）開頭簡(jiǎn)要介紹教育背景和應(yīng)聘崗位 Good morning XXX. Thanks for inviting me to meet with you today. My name is Steven. I am from XXX university where I studied mechanical engineering(代替I majored in ）. I'm applying for the position of mechanical engineer with your company. 2）介紹自己的專業(yè)和招聘需求的匹配度 - 如果是專業(yè)對(duì)口 According to the JD(job description用專業(yè)術(shù)語，面試官都懂的), this position requires a degree in mechanical engineering and a strong technical background，I think what I studied at school（代替my major）can match your requirement. Over(代替during) the past 4 years at school, I learned mechanical manufacturing, mechanical design(堆專業(yè)的英文名，她肯定聽不懂的） with an average GPA of 4.0. I believe these qualifications make me a suitable candidate for this role. - 如果專業(yè)不對(duì)口 I read the JD in detail and compared with my background. I believe what's important to the HR position is communication, coordination and organization（根據(jù)自己的理解，寫認(rèn)為你最重要的，當(dāng)然幾乎所有非專業(yè)性工作最重要的無非就是這三點(diǎn)）. And I am also a XXX at XXX company. - 如果你是自己主動(dòng)投簡(jiǎn)歷的： I'm applying for the position of XXX with your company. 4）介紹一下自己的工作背景和招聘要求的匹配度 According to the JD, this job requires experience on XXX（提煉幾個(gè)核心的要點(diǎn)，分一二三列出來). And my current responsibility also involves XXX , which includes 3 major parts（不管怎么樣，都要分成幾方面說，哪怕真的只有一部分，你也要分成幾部分說，這樣才能顯示出你的條理）
