Jimmy lives in the country, and he loves playing in the river near his house.

吉米在鄉(xiāng)下生活，他非常喜歡在房子附近的河里玩耍。

But his father gets a job in a big city, and he moves there with his family.

Their new house has a garden, but the garden is very small.

但是他的爸爸在大城市里找到了一份工作，所以吉米要和家人搬去那里。

Jimmy isn’t happy, “Is there a river near here?” He asks his mother on the first morning.

吉米很不開(kāi)心，“那兒有河嗎？”搬過(guò)去的第一天早晨，他問(wèn)媽媽。

His mother answers, “No, there isn’t, but there’s a nice park near here and there’s a pool in it. We’re going there this afternoon.” Jimmy is happy now.

他媽媽回答說(shuō)：“那兒沒(méi)有河，但是在這附近又一個(gè)漂亮的公園，公園里又一個(gè)水池?！奔赚F(xiàn)在很開(kāi)心。

After lunch, Jimmy and his mother go to the park. Jimmy wants to walk near the pool, but there is a sign before it. His mother reads it to him, “Warning: This pool is dangerous, 367 people fell into in,” 

午餐后，吉米和媽媽去公園。吉米想在水池邊散步，但是池塘前有一塊標(biāo)牌。他媽媽讀給他聽(tīng)：“警告：這個(gè)水池很危險(xiǎn)，已經(jīng)有367個(gè)人掉進(jìn)去了?！?/p>

Jimmy looks the pool carefully, and he says, “But I can’t see them.”

吉米很認(rèn)真的看看了水池說(shuō)道：“但是我看不到他們。”
