Not one in the world has paid for itself and it isn't equitable or financially prudent to spend tax dollars on these boondoggles. Improve the roads and let self driving electric autos take care of the problem. Most rail road advocates fail to include the time and cost of traveling to the station and than traveling from the station to the final destination.
