In the east, the connection between mind and body has been common knowledge for thousands of years. According to Chinese Medicine, different emotions have special correspondence to different organs and tissues in the body. Therefore, an organ will be affected with greater intensity by the particular emotional energy stored there. Some books only deal with the emotion/ organ correlation on a superficial basis. But some books specifically written for Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine.

在東方，身心之間的聯(lián)系已經(jīng)成為千百年來的常識。中醫(yī)認為，不同的情緒對身體中不同的器官和組織有著特殊的對應(yīng)關(guān)系。因此，儲存在一個器官中的特殊情緒能量將會對該器官有著強烈的影響。有些書只是從淺表層去處理情緒/器官的相互關(guān)系。但是有些書本是專為針灸和中醫(yī)而寫的。
