“和孩子一塊讀讀吧” Good night,gorilla《晚安，大猩猩》， Peggy Rathmann 代表作品，用非常簡(jiǎn)單的英語(yǔ)和溫馨的畫面，描繪出一個(gè)大猩猩趁著動(dòng)物園管理員不注意所做的惡作劇。當(dāng)然，最后一切歸于安靜，大猩猩也進(jìn)入夢(mèng)鄉(xiāng)。
夜深人靜，動(dòng)物園的管理員去跟動(dòng)物們一一道晚安。調(diào)皮的大猩猩拿走了他掛在身后的一串鑰匙，從籠子里溜了出來，還偷偷放出了大象、獅子、長(zhǎng)頸鹿……就這樣，動(dòng)物們悄悄地跟在管理員身后回了家……

Animals forms a very grand parade and go to the keeper's home. 動(dòng)物們形成了一個(gè)非常壯觀的游行隊(duì)伍，跟著管理員到了家。
Good night, Dear. 晚安，親愛的。 The zoo keeper says to his wife. 管理員對(duì)妻子說。
Animals say good night to each other, the noise distrubs the keeper's wife. 動(dòng)物們躺下互相道晚安，最后熄燈后的一連串“晚安”把管理員的妻子驚醒了。
She cannot sleep well, so she decides to take a look. WOW!, WHAT HAPPENED, so many animals. 她睡意全無(wú)，因此決定看看發(fā)生了什么，哇！發(fā)生了什么! 這么多動(dòng)物。 She decieds to send gorilla to the zoo, with his animal friens. 她決定把大猩猩和它的朋友們送回動(dòng)物園。
Good night, zoo. 晚安，動(dòng)物園。 When comes back , she does't find that gorilla steps into her and go to sleep between her and her husband. 回來時(shí)，她竟然沒發(fā)現(xiàn)大猩猩依然悄悄跟在她后面，而且還爬到床上睡在她和丈夫之間。
Good night, Dear. 晚安，親愛的。 Good night. 晚安。
