1 cup turkey juices (if you don’t have enough, add chicken broth to make a cup)
Instructions
Pre heat your oven to 350 degrees.
In a bowl, combine the herbs and the butter and mix well until incorporated. Season with salt and pepper.
Rub the herbed butter all over the turkey and then lay the bacon slices on the turkey.
Put your turkey in a roasting pan along with the white wine and the vinegar. Baste once before putting in the oven.
Bring the turkey to the oven, covered in foil, for 1 hour. Baste the turkey every 15 minutes.
Take the foil and the bacon off and roast for 1 more hour or until the turkey has browned and is a nice golden color.
In a saucepan, combine all the sauce ingredients, whisking everything together until you have a smooth liquid. Bring it to a boil and let it cook until it reduces/thickens slightly.
