感恩節(jié)在西方是最重要的傳統(tǒng)節(jié)日之一 每年11月的最后一個星期四,親朋好友們會團聚在一起, 圍坐在飯桌邊共享晚餐,一起祈禱上帝施與永不停息的恩惠。 特別要提醒大家的是,Thanksgiving Day是美國人首創(chuàng)的,后來又延續(xù)到加拿大。它的由來可以追溯到美國的歷史,原意是為了感謝印第安人,人們也常在這一天感謝他人。 美國林肯總統(tǒng)執(zhí)政期間宣布把每一年11月的第四個星期四定為Thanksgiving Day ,所以感恩節(jié)是地地道道的“美式節(jié)日”,在英屬國家是沒有的哦~
感恩節(jié)當(dāng)天,“吃”成了全家老小的重頭戲 在豐盛的Family Dinner(家宴)中, 除了傳統(tǒng)填制的火雞、南瓜、玉米外, 還有哪些是餐桌上必不可少的菜肴呢?
