“書面表達(dá)”解題技巧點(diǎn)撥及訓(xùn)練

中考試題中的書面表達(dá)形式相對比較固定，主要有四種：①看圖作文；②命題作文，即提示作文；③小的應(yīng)用文(包括書信、日記、賀卡、留言、通知等)寫作。無論哪一種書面表達(dá)形式，都要求：①緊扣題目，準(zhǔn)確、全面地表達(dá)出要點(diǎn)中規(guī)定的全部信息和內(nèi)容，不得遺漏；②表達(dá)正確，意思連貫，過渡自然；③格式正確，書寫規(guī)范，標(biāo)點(diǎn)準(zhǔn)確，字?jǐn)?shù)符合要求。

記敘文寫作的基本要求是什么呢？

①要有明確的中心思想。②記敘要清楚明白。③線索要清晰。④要有恰當(dāng)?shù)臄⑹陆嵌?。⑤選材要詳略得當(dāng)。

具體地說，記敘文寫作要把握以下幾點(diǎn)：

1．記敘文所記敘的事件必須相關(guān)連。要有開頭（beginning）、中間（middle）和結(jié)尾（end）。在必要時加入沖突（conflict），以使情節(jié)曲折，跌宕起伏。一般說來，寫記敘文應(yīng)把握好六個要素：who（何人）、what（何事）、 when（何時）、where（何地）、why（何因）、how（怎么）。初中階段多為敘事短文，一般應(yīng)包括 where，who，what這三個最基本的東西。

2．寫作時觀點(diǎn)的掌握非常重要。記敘文常用第一人稱或第三人稱兩種人稱記述。用第一人稱的角度記敘，使人感到親切，讀者很容易產(chǎn)生身臨其境之感，相信真有其事。這種形式常用在寫自傳、本人的經(jīng)歷或記敘耳聞目睹的事件；用第三人稱的角度記敘，使人感到客觀。這種形式常用在對重大事件的客觀報導(dǎo)，以及記敘他人的經(jīng)歷或事跡。

3．常見的敘述方式有：①順敘。按事情發(fā)展的順序或時間順序進(jìn)行敘述。②倒敘。把事情的結(jié)局或某個突出的片段提到前面敘述，然后再按照事情的順序敘述下去。③插敘。在敘述過程中，由于某種需要，暫時把敘述的線索中斷一下，插入有關(guān)的另一敘述。④夾敘夾議。一方面敘述事情，一方面對這件事情加以分析或評論。

A

記述一次郊游活動（outing），包括下列內(nèi)容：

①時間、地點(diǎn)：上星期六，海邊。

②活動內(nèi)容：去時花了幾個小時，到海邊后搭帳蓬，在露天生火做飯，講故事，唱歌，做游戲。  

③自己感想：盡管很累，大家玩得很痛快。 

要求：用第一人稱寫，詞數(shù)70左右。

 寫說明文要注意以下幾點(diǎn)： 

1．要抓準(zhǔn)特征。對某一事物予以說明，首先要弄清從哪些方面加以說明才能準(zhǔn)確地反映被說明的事物。一般說來，說明事物可以從被說明事物的顏色、形狀、形態(tài)；性質(zhì)、性能、習(xí)性；原因、原理；作用、用途、功能；危害、影響；結(jié)構(gòu)；操作過程；發(fā)生、發(fā)展的規(guī)律等方面著手。但是，每一事物都有它自己的特征，因而顯示出了這一事物與其他一事物的根本區(qū)別，因此，在說明事物時，不要面面俱到，要抓住事物的特征，這樣才能使讀者得到具體而深刻的印象。 

2．層次要分明。說明事物要注意條理，否則就不可能說清復(fù)雜的事物。例如說明事物的結(jié)構(gòu)，就要按照構(gòu)造的順序來說明，或從上到下，或從前到后，或由外到里，或由主到次。又如說明四季的變化，就要按照時間的順序（spring，summer，autumn，winter）來寫。 

3．解析要清楚。對各種知識所作的解釋，對某種事物所作的說明，都要清楚明白。 

4．表現(xiàn)手法要多樣。常見的說明文方法有：①下定義。②舉例子。③運(yùn)用比喻、比擬的方法。④做比較。⑤引用數(shù)字。⑥分類別。⑦列圖表。 

5．用詞要力求準(zhǔn)確。引用的數(shù)據(jù)要絕對可靠，文字要簡明扼要，一目了然。這是寫說明文在語言文字上的要求

B

向明中學(xué)的“英語角”活動開展得有聲有色。請你用英語為一家英文報紙寫一篇 80—100字的簡訊。 

內(nèi)容：①“英語角”活動開展已經(jīng)3年。 

②活動時間：每周六下午。 

③活動內(nèi)容：用英語交談任何感興趣的話題。 

④活動地點(diǎn)：校學(xué)生會辦公室。 

⑤活動效果：長盛不衰，參加者踴躍，學(xué)生的口語能力明顯提高。 

注意：簡訊應(yīng)有標(biāo)題。

口頭通知。 

口頭通知是面對面地把事情傳達(dá)給對方。一般不用寫落款和日期。發(fā)布口頭通知時，應(yīng)注意以下幾個問題： 

由于口頭通知是通過口頭表達(dá)的，因此，在正文之前，往往有稱呼語。如：Boys and girls，Comrades（同志們），Ladies and gentlemen等。開場白一般這樣說：Attention，please！May I have your attention，please？Be quiet， please！Listen，please！I have something important to tell you． 

結(jié)尾要給聽眾結(jié)束通知的信號：That's all．Thank you so much for it．Thank you． 

口頭通知的內(nèi)容應(yīng)講清楚時間、地點(diǎn)、活動內(nèi)容及注意事項(xiàng)。 

中考書面表達(dá)口頭通知的卷面表現(xiàn)形式如下： 

書面通知   

書面通知是以布告、張貼的形式出現(xiàn)，常常是張貼在顯眼的位置，以引起公眾的注意。為了醒目，標(biāo)題的每個字母常大寫。 

書面通知的格式： 

1）標(biāo)題：在正文上面正中的地方寫上 NOTICE。 

2）正文：包括具體的時間、地點(diǎn)、活動內(nèi)容和注意事項(xiàng)。 

3）單位：發(fā)通知的單位一般寫在正文的右下角。有時也放于標(biāo)題之上，起強(qiáng)調(diào)作用。 

4）時間：一般寫在左下角。 

書面通知語言比較規(guī)范，切忌使用模糊語言和俚語、俗語。通知中一般無稱呼語，常用第三人稱，且被動語態(tài)使用較多。看一道中考題吧：

明天早晨8：00，二年級學(xué)生要在校門外集合。請穿上舊衣服，去農(nóng)場勞動。請根據(jù)所給條件寫一篇簡短的通知。 

 寫日記時要注意以下幾點(diǎn)： 

1．格式：英文日記和中文日記的寫法大致相同。一般是第一行寫上日期、星期、天氣狀況。日期通常頂格寫，后面是星期，天氣狀況寫在右上角。表示天氣情況的詞一般用形容詞，如：fine，cold，rainy，windy，cloudy，sunny，snowy，foggy等。正文部分另起一行。 

2．人稱：日記要用第一人稱寫。 

3．時態(tài)：寫日記的時間一般是在下午或晚上，有時也有在第二天補(bǔ)記的。所記敘的事情通常發(fā)生在過去，所以常用一般過去時態(tài)。但如果要記敘天氣、描寫景色、展望未來、議論某事或?qū)υ捯Z等，可以使用一般現(xiàn)在時或一般將來時，以生動再現(xiàn)當(dāng)時的情景。 

4．日記的寫作順序：日記一般按照時間順序或事情的經(jīng)過來寫。語言要清楚、自然，內(nèi)容要連貫、完整。 

5．類型：日記可分為記事型、議論型、描寫型以及抒情型等類型。記事型日記，就是學(xué)生用所學(xué)英語詞匯記述當(dāng)天自己生活中所發(fā)生的事情。議論型，就是對生活中的某一事情或情況、現(xiàn)象發(fā)表自己的看法。描寫型就是對某人、某物的特征進(jìn)行細(xì)致的描述，或?qū)δ呈挛锸惆l(fā)自己的感情

請以下述內(nèi)容為題，寫一篇日記。3月 15日，星期一。詞數(shù)：60—80詞。提示：

賀卡一般由稱呼、賀詞和簽名三部分構(gòu)成。 

①稱呼：指祝賀人對受賀人的稱呼，如 To my dear teacher，To my dearest Father and Mother等。但前面也有不加to的，如Mr．a(chǎn)nd Mrs．Green。稱呼一般寫在卡片的左上方。 

②賀詞：通常寫一些固定的祝賀用語，當(dāng)然賀詞也可根據(jù)實(shí)際情況寫一些簡短的表示感謝和良好祝愿的話，表示祝愿的句子常用以下結(jié)構(gòu)： 

a）Happy．．．！如：Happy New Year（to you）！ 

b）Best wishes．．．！如：Best wishes for Teachers'Day！Best wishes to you！ 

c）All the best（．．．）！如：All the best！All the best in your work！ 

d）I wish you ＋名詞（形容詞）如：I wish you happy／a happy Teachers'Day！ 

e）I hope＋（that）從句，如：I hope（that） your work goes well 

f）用“may”或“congratulations”引導(dǎo)表示祝愿的句子，如：May you succeed．祝你成功。   Congratulations to you on your tenth birthday． 

③祝賀人簽名：寫在賀卡的右下方。姓名前常加上from一詞。如：From your student Li Lei，F(xiàn)rom Mr．a(chǎn)nd Mrs．Brown，但前面也有不加From的。

G:祝賀新年兼圣誕節(jié)。

Thank you for your last letter. I hadn’t received a letter from you for a long time, either. I miss you very much.

You said you are interested in China. Yes. Our country has changed a lot in the last few years. She’s much better than you think. China is getting richer and stronger. I really hope you can come to China for a visit one day.

You asked me about my life and food. Now I have finished my exams. I did quite well in them. I’m spending / having my holidays at home. I’m very “busy” every day. After I do my homework, I often help my mother do the housework. Sometimes I go out for a walk, or watch TV at home or go to the cinema, or go swimming with my friends. I’m living a happy life. My favorite food is rice and fried chicken. I often have them for meals. Please write to me soon!

This morning, I saw a blind man walking across the street on my way to school. A car was going to hit him. I ran up to him and pulled him back. The man was saved. I took him to the other side of the street. The man thanked me for doing that, but I didn’t wait for his thanks. I went to school at once. It was late. The first class had begun when I got to the classroom. After I told my teacher what had happened,” Well done, Ling Feng,” said the teacher with a smile

I feel happy today though / although I was late for class, because I have done a good thing.

Friday  March 12^th 2004                                              Sunny (Fine)

Today is Tree Planting Day. At 8:00 in the morning, the students met at our school gate. We walked to the hill 3 kilometers away. Mr Zhang and other teachers went with us.

When we got there, we worked in pairs. First, we dug some holes( in the ground ) . When the holes were deep enough, we put the young trees in the holes, and then filled them again. At last we watered the trees well.

All the students worked very hard, and we planted about 200 trees. Though we were very tired, we still felt happy.

          The students of Junior Grade One and Two will go to Xiangshan Park on June 25^th. We will climb the hill and have a picnic on the top of it. After that , we will visit the famous botanical garden nearby. Please put on / wear  your sports shoes and bring your picnic lunch and drinking water with you .We will meet / get together / gather in front of our school gate at seven o’clock in the morning. The buses are going to leave at 7:20. So be sure to come on time. Those who want to go should register their names with the Students’ Union before Thursday.

I lost my handbag on the way to work this morning. There is a pen, a key to the door and a lot of money in it. I wish the finder to return it to me very soon.
