習(xí)慣的定義:知識(shí)、技能、意愿、生活的交集。
知識(shí)是做什么及為何去做,技能是如何去做,意愿是想要去做,生活要養(yǎng)成習(xí)慣,就要均衡發(fā)展這三個(gè)元素。
高效人士的七個(gè)習(xí)慣
習(xí)慣一:主動(dòng)積極 Be Proactive
主動(dòng)積極即采取主動(dòng),為自己過去、現(xiàn)在及未來的行為負(fù)責(zé),并依據(jù)原則及價(jià)值觀,而非情緒或外在環(huán)境來下決定。創(chuàng)造改變,積極面對(duì)一切。you must use your resourcefulness and your initiative to work toward your personal goals.
習(xí)慣二:以終為始 Begin With the End in Mind
所有事物都經(jīng)過兩次的創(chuàng)造,先是在腦海里,其次才是實(shí)質(zhì)的創(chuàng)造。個(gè)人、團(tuán)隊(duì)和組織在做任何計(jì)劃時(shí),均先擬出愿景和目標(biāo),并據(jù)此塑造未來,全心投注于自己最重視的原則、價(jià)值觀、關(guān)系及目標(biāo)之上。

習(xí)慣三:要事第一 Put First Things First
要事第一即實(shí)質(zhì)的創(chuàng)造,是你的目標(biāo)、愿景、價(jià)值觀及要事的組織與實(shí)踐。把要事放在第一位。
Create a clear, mutual understanding of what needs to be accomplished, focusing on what, not how; results not methods.
習(xí)慣四:雙贏思維 Think Win-Win
雙贏思維是一種基于互敬,尋求互惠的思考框架與心意。雙贏思維鼓勵(lì)我們解決問題,并協(xié)助個(gè)人找到互惠的解決辦法,是一種信息、力量、認(rèn)可及報(bào)酬的分享。
Win-Win is a frame of mind that constantly seeks mutual benefit in all human interactions.
習(xí)慣五:知彼解己 Seek First to Understand, Then to Be Understood
當(dāng)我們改變以回答的心態(tài),改以了解對(duì)方的心態(tài)去聆聽別人,便能開啟真正的溝通,增進(jìn)彼此關(guān)系。知彼需要仁慈心;解己需要勇氣,能平衡兩者,則可大幅提升溝通的效率。
Most people do not listen with the intent to understand; they listen with the intent to reply. Seek First to Understand‘ involves a very deep shift in paradigm.
習(xí)慣六:統(tǒng)合綜效 Synergize
統(tǒng)合綜效是創(chuàng)造第三種選擇,既非按照我的方式,亦非你的方式,而是第三種遠(yuǎn)勝過個(gè)人之見的辦法。它是互相尊重的成果。使整體獲得一加一大于二的成效。實(shí)踐統(tǒng)合綜效的人際關(guān)系和團(tuán)隊(duì)會(huì)揚(yáng)棄敵對(duì)的態(tài)度(1+1=1/2),不以妥協(xié)為目標(biāo)(1+1=1 1/2),也不僅止于合作(1+1=2),他們要的是創(chuàng)造式的合作(1+1=3 或更多)。
Synergy works is the crowning achievement of all the previous habits. It is effectiveness in an interdependent reality-- it is teamwork, team building, the development of unity and creativity with other human beings.
